Do you make everything yourself?

Everything on this website features my artwork. Some items (like stickers) are outsourced to printing companies, and others (like eraser stamp prints) are made by me.

How long will it take to get my order?

In my experience, packages are usually delivered within 2 weeks of placing your order. However, I cannot guarantee delivery times. There are just too many variables. If you need your order by a specific date, I’d suggest ordering 3-4 weeks in advance, just to be safe, especially if you’re outside Canada.

Feel free to contact me before ordering if you’re worried you won’t get your order in time. I may be able to give a better delivery estimate or upgrade the shipping (for a price) depending on the item.

Will you ship outside of North America?

What is this extra fee the post office asked me to pay?

I’m guessing it’s customs fees. You should see a form attached to your package explaining them. If you order something that comes from outside of your country, it will go through customs, and you may be charged customs fees.

I have no control over these, they are taxes your country is charging you to import the item, and they are your responsibility. Check product pages to see where your items will ship from.
